Mammoth target proved herculean for Joberg Super Kings to handle

Aiming to chase down a target of 244 runs, Joburg Super Kings got off to a horrid start in the SA20 2024 encounter as their top-order failed to get runs on the board. After the top order's failure, it was the knock of Leus du Plooy that stabilized the innings for Super Kings. Scoring 48 runs in 24 deliveries, Plooy played a resilient knock.

Furthermore, Romario Shepherd added 34 runs on the board, with Donovan Ferreira scoring 14 and Moeen Ali adding 11 runs. Joburg Super Kings posted 145 runs on the board before they were bundled out.
