The second ODI of the three-match series between the West Indies and England is slated to be played at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium on November 2.
The same venue hosted the first game of the series which was quite convincingly won by the hosts. Despite a handful of starts from the top-order, no one could capitalise as Gudakesh Motie proved to be the wrecker-in-chief, scalping four wickets. Standby skipper Liam Livingstone top-scored for England with a handy 37 in an othewise pale batting display.
A rain curtailment meant the hosts needed to chase 157 with 15 overs lost, and they ran past the target with nonchalance thanks to a combative knock from Evin Lewis, who was unfortunate to miss out on a well-deserved ton. However, his 94 off 69 ensured a convincing eight-wicket victory for his team.

Pitch Report
With both sides carrying a lethal arsenal of spinners, a lot would depend on the team winning the toss. Given how proceedings went in the first ODI, the mantra should be to chase as batting becomes easier in Antigua as the track flattens out with time. However, the cross-winds are something the batters will have to be wary of.
